Product Introduction

 

 

Suitable for delayed coking units using paraffin based, intermediate based, and cyclic residue oil as raw materials. Inhibiting free radical chain reactions to reduce dry gas generation, preventing aromatic hydrocarbon condensation from reducing coke generation, improving thermal cracking reaction activity, enhancing the selectivity of delayed coking reaction, and increasing the yield of gasoline and diesel. The product has the following characteristics:
1.Good oil solubility, able to quickly dissolve with raw oil;
2.Easy to add and does not affect the normal production of the device;
3.Can reduce the generation of dry gas and coke, increase the yield of liquid oil products (gasoline, diesel, wax oil), and prevent system coking and scaling;
4.High thermal stability, no volatilization or decomposition at high temperatures;

Usage and dosage

 

1.Use a gear metering pump to continuously inject into the raw residue oil, with a dosage of 100-200ppm.
2.The addition position is after the residual oil leaves the bottom of the fractionation tower and before entering the radiation section of the heating furnace.
3.To ensure optimal performance, the process operating conditions of the delayed coking unit should be appropriately adjusted for different properties of raw residue oil.

Packaging & Shipping

1.This product should be stored in a cool, dry, ventilated place, waterproof, and fire-resistant. The storage period is one year.
2.This product is packaged in iron drums with a net weight of 180kg per drum.
