The pyrolysis oil and gas in the coke tower escape from the raw materials to form a very high foam layer, which contains a large amount of coke powder. In the later stage of coking, when the coke layer rises to a certain height, the foam layer enters the fractionating tower with the coking oil and gas from the oil and gas pipeline at the top of the coking tower, causing coking in the fractionating tower, blocking the fractionating tower tray, side air cooler and water cooler, thus blocking the circulating filter at the bottom of the fractionating tower, the feed filter in the radiation section and the feed pump, and coking in the furnace tube, affecting the normal operation of the unit. The best way to solve the problem is to add defoamers.
The delayed coking defoamer produced by our company has silicon free, efficient and fast defoaming functions, which can effectively eliminate foam generated by the coke tower, reduce the height of foam layer, increase the total amount of feed to the coke tower, and improve the utilization rate of equipment. Defoamers have no adverse effects on the hydrogenation process of gasoline and diesel.

Usage and dosage

 

1.Load the defoamer into the tank and use a dedicated injection pump to inject the solution from the tank into the top of the coke tower.
2.After the injection of defoamer is normal, the accurate height and time of the defoamer tank liquid level should be recorded immediately.
3.Adjust the injection amount of defoamer according to the indication of the coke tower level gauge to achieve the best defoaming effect.
4.The injection amount of defoamer is generally controlled at 50-100ppm.

1.This product should be stored in a cool, dry, ventilated place, waterproof, and fire-resistant. The storage period is one year.
2.This product is packaged in iron drums with a net weight of 180kg per drum.
